"It is our position of connection. Our point of balance. This is our only possession.
“It is the focused collection of our attention. The centering of the flow of life. The center of the universe.
“And this is also our point of change. Look at me. It is the being this moment of existing that we are breathing this very instant, to the next instant and breath, and the next. It has no time and location. The point is at the present, you see.
"How much of your attention can you bring to this present? And the next?
“Where have you scattered all your attention? Can you turn it away from all its preoccupations and bring it here?
“This is the key. Your power lies in your attention.
